Hi, I’m Yuzuka! In Japanese, my name literally means "the scent of Yuzu." While it’s a rare name even in Japan—given to me by my parents on a bit of a whim—it defined my destiny. I grew up with a deep, natural affinity for this golden citrus.
During my university years, I spent time in Japan’s premier Yuzu-growing regions. I walked through the groves and learned firsthand from local families how they weave Yuzu into the fabric of their daily lives—not just as a fruit, but as a ritual of culture.
When I moved to the United States, I realized how much I missed that bright, complex aroma. I founded Yuzuka Co. to share this piece of my home and my namesake through authentic Yuzu products. I hope they bring a moment of "Green and Floral" serenity to your modern life.
